Shipping policy

Free & Flat Rate Shipping (Canada)

  • Free Standard Shipping on all Canadian orders over $150 CAD (before taxes and shipping).
  • Flat Rate Shipping: $10 CAD on Canadian orders under $150.
  • Express Shipping (2–5 business days) is available at checkout. Rates vary by order weight and destination.

Valid for Canadian shipping addresses only.

Order Processing

  • We attempt same day shipping on orders placed before 2:00pm EST (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • If an order misses same-day processing, it will ship the following business day.
  • All orders ship from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC.

Tracking & Carriers

All orders are tracked and insured. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link and carrier details. We ship daily with FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, Purolator, and other trusted carriers.

Special Notes

  • Please include any special delivery instructions in the Order Notes section at Checkout (e.g., “leave by side door”).
  • “Free Shipping” applies to outbound shipping only.
  • No cash value, and no adjustments on previous orders. Offers may expire without notice.

International Orders

International shipping is available and quoted on an individual basis. Please contact us for a real-time quote. We will provide freight options and prepare a custom invoice with your preferred carrier.

USA Customers

Orders for U.S. customers must be placed through SheepskinShop.com. This site is configured exclusively for U.S. orders and includes all U.S. import tariffs in the displayed pricing.

Returns & Exchanges (Canada)

We offer simple returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are Free, and a $10 label fee applies to each returned shipment to help cover processing and carrier costs. For full details, please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy. During the holiday season, purchases made in November and December may be returned or exchanged until January 10.

Product Guarantee

We guarantee workmanship, materials, and product satisfaction for 6 months under normal, intended use. Products found to be defective may be returned for replacement or store credit within 6 months of purchase.
