Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges (Canada)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for Canadian residents. A $10 label fee (plus tax) applies to each return shipment and will be deducted from your refund total. Product Exchanges are Free.

During the holiday season, purchases made in November and December may be returned or exchanged until January 10.

Eligibility

  • Products must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Ineligible items: Bedding (duvets and mattress overlays) are personal-use items and ineligible for return once removed from their original packaging. Custom-made or modified products are also final sale.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
  • It may take an additional 48 hours for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.

Return & Exchange Procedure

  • Initiate your return or exchange HERE and follow the prompts.
  • Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return label. Please affix it securely to your parcel and remove or cover the original label.
  • Drop your package at a Canada Post office and keep your tracking number for reference.

USA Customers

For US based customers, returns and exchanges must be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and marked as: “Canadian Goods Returning to Seller (9813)”. Please use the warehouse address listed in our footer. Parcels shipped via private couriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) will be refused.

Product Guarantee

We guarantee workmanship, materials, and product satisfaction for 6 months, assuming normal and intended use. Products found to be defective may be returned for replacement or store credit within this period.

Natural Sheepskin Disclaimer

Sheepskin is a natural product. Slight variations in colour, texture, and shape are expected and considered part of its authenticity and character.
