SHIPPING INFO & DETAILS
Qualifying orders will have the option to select Free Shipping only after entering the delivery Country and Province / State. We reserve the right to decline Express shipping options to certain remote and rural regions. 

All orders are tracked and insured. Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking link and carrier information. We ship daily with FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, Purolator, and others.

International Orders are available and will be invoiced on an individual basis. Please email or phone for a real-time shipping quote based on your order details. We can then obtain freight options and create a custom invoice with your preferred International postage service.

* We attempt Same Day shipping on all orders processed before 2:00pm EST (Mon - Fri excluding Holidays). All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC. If your parcel isn't shipped 'Same Day', then it will be shipped on the following business day.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES
We offer simple Returns and free product Exchanges within 30 days of purchase, for Canadian residents only. Please read our Returns and Exchanges policy for more details. 
We extend our Returns and Exchanges window until Jan 10th for Holiday purchases placed in November and December.

USA clients, please note that exchanges and returns must be sent via the US Postal Service and marked "Canadian Goods Returning to Seller (9813)".  Do not ship with any private courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) as these parcels will be refused.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE
We guarantee workmanship, materials, and product satisfaction for 6 months, assuming normal and intended use. Products may be returned for replacement or credit within 6 months of purchase if they are found to be defective in any way.
